Every port or location handles their data integrations and communications differently, and some ports vary per OEM operating at that port. Vinmover supports many ports and locations for many OEMs, and is always adding more as our customers win new business. We look forward to adding yours too.

Vinmover targets the operational and logistics side of the business, which includes invoices, bills and payment tracking, but accounting is so much more. While small organizations can run without an independent accounting system bigger companies need a formal accounting system. Vinmover integrates with many accounting systems migrating data to and from those systems to allow a natural and effective flow of the data minimizing the overheads typically encountered when working with accountants or accounting departments.

Accurate milage, trip time estimates and directions that work for a truck are critical for the operation determining accurate estimates and pricing, protecting profits, more effectively planning and utilizing drivers and trucks, comparing and contrasting the planned route with the actual route to identify issues.

Effective VIN Decode and vehicle attributes are critical to identifying the rates, load composition, and weight. Being able to augment the VIN Decoder(s) and handle special cases is a critical feature of Vinmover.

Up to date FMCSA data is critical to evaluate subhaulers and stay on top of the dynamic nature of a subhauler operation. Vinmover pulls FMCSA data for new subhaulers on-demand and keeps that FMCSA data updated from then on. When the FMCSA reports that the subhaulers have lost their authority or insurance, VInmover can lock down the subhauler from receiving loads and alert if loads are currently in progress with subhauler whose authority or insurance situation has changed.

VinMover pulls data from FMCSA directly within the platform, helping carriers review important information about their subhaulers.

ELDs manage driver clocks, track truck locations, report measurements like fuel levels, engine codes, inspections like DVIRs and more all of which are important data that needs to make it to the team members that need the information when they need it in a way that allows actionable response.
